News

We are proud to announce that Brian Allen Has joined Belligerent Apostle and taken over as lead vocalist. He recently completed his tracks for the upcoming full length album. Brian did a fantastic job under difficult conditions.  Those of you who know the band are aware that we shelved the album for almost two years while we searched for the perfect voice to bring it home.  Brian is a legend in the west coast metal community; many of you will know him from his work with Last Empire, or Vicious Rumors. The guy is a real pro with an incredible set of pipes …. Welcome aboard Brian.

Update- Fall 2010- Rob would like to announce that yes it is official… “we have selected a new vocalist and we are in the studio now.  Due to contractual obligations we cannot reveal his name until we get the all clear.”  “After a long ordeal of seemingly endless trials we have finally found exactly what we were looking for.  When we started looking we had no idea how much we were asking of a singer, oldschool power metal vocals are a lost artform.”

Album is shelved while search for a vocalist continues.

We have tried out a lot of guys and we just are not finding anyone with the versatility and vocal range that is needed to perform the vocal sections the way we wrote them.  We are getting mostly guys that are really good at the low angry stuff (which is great because we do a lot of that) but no one seems to be able to do the operatic upper range any more.  We think its best just to hold off on putting this out until we find the right guy.

Coming soon...
A taste of the new album- a one song Video teaser-Aztlan: the cancer of racial hatred.

A second video from the new album is also in production

Ensamble

Also Available...
Also available are tracks from Rob Cook's Ensamble project - the band that spawned Belligerent Apostle. The 1993 live demo is featured here in its raw glory. John Jackson plays bass on this 5 song ep.

Like the belligerent demo?... Want more?
We are currently working on a full length album you can expect it to be heavier faster and far more belligerent than the demo. We are a fully independent band we have no corporate sugar daddy funding production promotion or distribution. The up side of this is that we don't have to cave in to some producer, grab our ankles and sell out, the down side is we pay for everything; so we're always broke. If you like the demo, spread the word because demo sales will definitely ease the outrageous cost of producing a quality album.

To Our Fans
Belligerent fans you're the greatest. As you gleefully drive a stake though the heart of the insanity that is the politically correct revisionist movement, we salute you; for you have enormous balls.

Looking for Dynamic Front Man
Belligerent Apostle is looking for a dynamic front man with a tremendous amount of range and power. Think of the first Queensr˙che ep, Candlemass 'Nightfall' album or classic Iron Maiden. You should be able to sing low angry vocals as well or be willing to trade vocal lines with Rob.
